生化/生理作用

丝氨酸和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制纤溶酶、胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、钙蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶B。不抑制胃蛋白酶、组织蛋白酶A和D、凝血酶或α-糜蛋白酶。有效浓度为10-100 μM。
丝氨酸和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制纤溶酶、胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、钙蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶B。不抑制胃蛋白酶、组织蛋白酶A和D、凝血酶或α-糜蛋白酶。有效浓度为10-100 μM。已有许多研究使用亮抑酶肽来预防因听觉过度刺激或耳毒性抗生素庆大霉素引起的听力损失。(耳蜗毛细胞的丧失被认为是由钙蛋白酶介导的。)
