KiCqStart® One-Step Probe RT-qPCR ReadyMix™ 包含除RNA模板和探针外的RT-qPCR所需的所有组件。它与所有双标记探针化学兼容。 该逆转录酶是一种经过改造的M-MLV，其RNase H活性降低，在较高温度下的活性和稳定性更高。 一步法RT-qPCR的第一链步骤使用较高的温度(50 ~ 55°C)，可以提高引物退火和RNA二级结构断裂的特异性，从而干扰cDNA的合成。
