一般描述

KiCqStart® One-Step Probe RT-qPCR ReadyMix是一种即用、高灵敏度的预混液,用于RNA模板的逆转录定量PCR (RT-qPCR),使用杂交探针检测化学试剂,如TaqMan® 5′-水解探针在实时PCR系统(参考仪器兼容性部分以选择适合您机器的试剂)。第一链cDNA合成和PCR扩增在同一试管中进行,程序间无开孔。 它非常适合高灵敏度的RNA病毒定量或低丰度RNA目标以及高通量基因表达研究。该系统经过优化,可在更小反应体积和快速循环时间下提供最大的RT-PCR效率、灵敏度和特异性。
