生化/生理作用
曲酸来源于曲霉菌属、醋酸杆菌属和青霉属等真菌。它通过抑制酪氨酸酶而使黑色素合成停止。用于皮肤美白化妆品的制备。然而,曲酸在化妆品中的使用很少,因为其在长期储存期间的不稳定性和细胞毒性导致皮肤刺激。它是一种抗氧化剂,对锰和锌的螯合起辐射保护作用。
