一般描述
核苷由胞嘧啶（C）、胸腺嘧啶（T）、尿嘧啶（U）、腺嘌呤（A）及带糖环的鸟嘌呤（G）等天然核碱基组成。DNA 和 RNA 分别具有 2′-脱氧核糖和核糖。核苷酸具有核苷和至少一个磷酸基。它们是核酸的组成部分，是和纳米材料和组装的嵌段。
应用
5′-核苷酸&核苷已用作气相色谱分析中的混标，进行大气压化学离子化耦合质谱（GC/APCI-MS）分析。它还用作核苷酸标准品，通过高效液相色谱法（HPLC）生成校准曲线。
