一般描述
3-甲基丁醇(异戊醇)是一种透明、无色的醇,常用作有机溶剂。也可用于酚-氯仿核酸提取和纯化方案中,在此过程中抑制 RNase 活性,减少起泡。异戊醇也可用于从 CsCl 梯度超速离心纯化的 DNA 中去除溴化乙锭。
