General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

干扰素 β (IFN-β)抑制淋巴细胞中多种促炎细胞因子,包括白介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子 α (TNF-α)。 还有助于合成与白介素IL-10和IL-1受体相关的拮抗剂。IFN-β 下调干扰素 γ 的产生,但增强转化生长因子 β1的表达。 在治疗类风湿性关节炎 和复发缓解型多发性硬化(MS)方面,具有潜力。

Physical form

Analysis Note
