应用

纯化的人 IgG 可作为参比抗原、标准品、封闭剂或包被蛋白，用于包括 免疫分析、斑点免疫结合、免疫印迹、免疫扩散和免疫电泳在内的多种免疫测定。其他应用包括用于制备免疫原和固相免疫吸附剂的起始物料。在不需要高纯度的应用中，技术级人 IgG 可作为试剂级免疫球蛋白的经济替代品。在各种研究中使用来自人血清的 IgG 作为免疫分析标准品。[3][4][5]在流式细胞仪中使用 200 μg/ml 至 1 mg/mL 的人 IgG 浓度范围进行封闭。[6][7][8]
