General description
分泌成分是单链糖蛋白,可以自由存在或作为分泌免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)的成分存在。IgA调节共生肠道细菌与宿主免疫系统防御之间的生理平衡。它是产生最多的抗体同种型。IgAs主要分泌于肠粘膜,防止共生微生物侵入肠道
