Biochem/physiol Actions
单克隆抗人IgG（Fab特异性）对人IgG具有免疫特异性。抗体与IgG的Fab片段反应。
母体IgG通过胎盘到达胎儿，并赋予新生儿抵抗感染的免疫防御能力。IgG与抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性（ADCC）有关，还使病毒颗粒和毒素无效。IgG的木瓜蛋白酶消化产生抗原结合片段（Fab）。IgG的胃蛋白酶消化产生可结晶片段（fc）片段和单个二聚体F（ab）2。
这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。

General description
人IgG是糖蛋白抗体，含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。IgG具有四种不同亚型，范围从IgG1到IgG4。单克隆抗人IgG（Fab特异性）抗体对人IgG的Fab片段具有特异性。该抗体不与人IgG的Fc部分反应。
单克隆抗-人IgG（Fab特异性）（小鼠 IgG1 亚型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。在血液中发现免疫球蛋白G（IgG）。它存在于人血清中，由B细胞分泌。与其他免疫球蛋白相比，IgG的血清半衰期最长。IgG的重链和轻链通过二硫键相互连接。
