一般描述
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递至胎儿，对新生儿的感染免疫防御能力至关重要。IgG4 κ来自于人IgG4 κ骨髓瘤血清，并经过分级分离、离子交换和亲和层析纯化。
应用
纯化的IgG4, κ可在ELISA、斑点印迹免疫结合、蛋白质免疫印迹、免疫扩散、免疫电泳、血细胞凝集和细胞结合测定等多种免疫测定中用作免疫球蛋白校准品、参照抗原、封闭剂或包被蛋白。纯化的IgG4 κ被用作ELISA的标准品， 并用于流式细胞术中标记人IgG亚类。
