一般描述

IgG 抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。由 B 细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体 IgG 通过胎盘转移给胎儿,胎盘对新生儿抵抗感染的免疫防御至关重要。猪血清 IgG 会特异性识别猪 IgG。用离子交换色谱法可从正常猪血清中分离纯化猪 IgG。免疫球蛋白 G (IgG) 是免疫球蛋白家族的一员。该抗体的一级结构含有二硫键,参与连接两条重链以及连接重链和轻链,并驻留在链内。

应用
