一般描述

白细胞介素-4(IL-4)是一种多效细胞因子,可调节多种 T细胞和B细胞反应,包括将初始 T细胞分化为TH2 表型,促进 B细胞增殖、抗体同种型转换和其他 TH2细胞因子(包括IL-5和IL-9)的表达。1,2 IL-4在过敏性炎症和哮喘的发生中起关键作用。3

IL-4 与两种不同的受体结合;I型受体,由IL-4Rα 链和常见 γ 链组成的异二聚体,γc,和II型受体,IL-4Rα和IL-13Rα的异二聚体。4

应用
