General description

无血清培养可避免血清带来的成分差异和污染。无血清配方将通常由血清提供的因子替换为纯化形式,适合许多体外生长和分化研究。这些纯化因子包括胰岛素、转铁蛋白、硒、丙酮酸和乙醇胺。其他补充成分并不一定,具体取决于研究的细胞类型和所用的基础培养基。ITS补充剂是胰岛素、人转铁蛋白(部分铁饱和)和亚硒酸钠的混合物。它是一种通用的细胞补充剂,设计用于含有丙酮酸钠的非复合型培养基(如MEM、RPMI-1640)及复合型培养基(如Ham′s F-12、DME/F-12、MEM)。

Other Notes

含 1.0 mg/mL 牛胰岛素、0.55 mg/mL 人转铁蛋白(基本上无铁)、0.5μg/ml 亚硒酸钠、50 mg/mL 牛血清白蛋白和 470μg/ml 亚油酸(100x 浓度)。

Preparation Note

使用不含酚红的Earle′平衡盐溶液(EBSS)制备。
