Biochem/physiol Actions
压电型机械敏感离子通道组件2（PIEZO2）充当非选择性阳离子通道。编码的蛋白是机械敏感离子通道，并参与轻触机械感觉。PIEZO2也是本体感受的机械传导通道。导致PIEZO2功能增加的显性突变导致戈登综合征/远端关节挛缩和Marden-Walker综合征。 该基因的隐性突变导致远端关节挛缩伴远端肌肉无力、脊柱侧凸和本体感受问题。
