Anti-GLS antibody produced in rabbit has been used in immunoblot.

Glutaminases (GLS) catalyzes the conversion of glutamine to glutamate. It plays an important role in cancer cell metabolism, growth and proliferation. GLS1 acts as a tumor promotor in various cancers. GLS maintains the acid-base balance in the kidney.
