生化/生理作用

ZBTB2 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 2) is a transcription factor. It is a proto-oncoprotein and regulates the expression of genes in the p53 pathway. It also participates in the ubiquitin-proteasome system which is involved in DNA damage checkpoint control.
