SH3GLB2 (SH3 domain-containing GRB2-like protein B2) belongs to the endophilin family of BAR and Src homology 3 domain-containing proteins. SH3GLB2 localizes in the meshwork of perinuclear filamentous structures. The protein contains an amino-terminal N-BAR (Bin–Amphiphysin–Rvs) domain and a carboxyl-terminal SH3 (src homology 3) domain.

生化/生理作用
SH3GLB2 (SH3 domain-containing GRB2-like protein B2) binds with SH3GLB1. It also interacts with plectin 1 and vimentin. SH3GLB2 is involved in reorganization of vimentin around nuclei and nuclear positioning.
