General description
LAMP1（溶酶体相关膜蛋白 1）是一种跨膜溶酶体糖蛋白。该蛋白质的预测分子量为 283kDa。它由385个氨基酸构成，有约 18 个推定的 N-糖基化位点。这些位点由富含丝氨酸脯氨酸的区域分隔成两个结构域。该结构域与免疫球蛋白（Ig）A 铰链结构域相似。一个N-糖基化结构域存在于N-末端，并延伸至推定的信号序列，另一个结构域连接到跨膜区，并伸入细胞质中。

Biochem/physiol Actions
