Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
肺表面活性物质是磷脂和蛋白的混合物,具有表面活性,由II型上皮细胞分泌进入肺泡腔。表面活性剂中存在四种蛋白质,即SP(表面活性剂蛋白)-A,SP-B,SP-C或SFTPC和SP-D。SFTPC是一种疏水性蛋白,作为前蛋白产生,并经过翻译后修饰以去除其NH2和COOH前肽。成熟的活性蛋白分子量为3.7 kDa。前蛋白由197个氨基酸组成,仅由2型肺泡(AT2)细胞产生。SFTPC包含BRICHOS域,建议使用该域来防止肽的聚集并调节SFTPC前蛋白的蛋白水解过程。该基因位于人染色体8p21。
