生化/生理作用
Grainyhead-like 1 （GRHL1）蛋白也称MGR、NH32、LBP32和TFCP2L2。该基因对果蝇神经发育非常关键。其在原发神经母细胞瘤中的过度表达在转录和修饰水平上与有利的患者生存率有关。在头发固定（hair anchorage ）和表皮分化中，它是Dsg1基因的重要调节子。
