General description
甘露糖受体C型1 (MRC1)是一种跨膜糖蛋白,在M2巨噬细胞中高水平表达。该功能性基因有30个外显子,全长101.74 kb。MRC1由1个蓖麻蛋白b型凝集素结构域(RICIN)、1个纤维连接蛋白ii型结构域(FN2)、8个c型凝集素样结构域(CTLD)、1个跨膜结构域(TM)和1个短胞质结构域组成。它也在内皮细胞和质膜上表达。该基因位于人染色体10p12。
