General description
MITF（小眼症相关转录因子）是一种碱性螺旋-环-螺旋结构的亮氨酸拉链转录因子。 它位于人类染色体3p13上。
兔多克隆抗-MITF抗体可识别人小眼症相关转录因子。
小眼症相关转录因子（MITF）是一种bHLH-ZIP转录因子，可识别靶基因启动子区域中的E-box（CAYRTG）和M-box（TCAYRTG或CAYRTGA）序列。小眼症相关转录因子（MITF）是黑素细胞增殖、发育、存活和黑色素瘤形成的主要调节剂，也是破骨细胞形成的重要调节剂。

Application
兔多克隆抗-MITF抗体可用于标记与小眼症相关的转录因子，以通过免疫细胞化学和免疫组化（IHC）技术进行检测和定量。它被用作探针，以确定在黑素细胞增殖、发育和存活以及破骨细胞生成调节剂调控过程中，小眼症相关转录因子的存在和作用。
抗MITF抗体已被用于免疫组化和染色质免疫沉淀中。
Biochem/physiol Actions
