Biochem/physiol Actions
激活转录因子3（ATF3）是一种环AMP依赖性转录因子，通过隔离抑制性辅因子来刺激转录。ATF3可对胁迫信号作出响应，并参与免疫和代谢稳态的调节。它有助于防止慢性炎症和饥饿反应。眼损伤诱导ATF3表达。它可充当神经元损伤的标志物。
