General description
抗组蛋白抗体H3(N端)特异性识别人类组蛋白H3 (~17kDa)。组蛋白H3/组蛋白簇1H3家族成员a (HIST1H3A)是组蛋白家族的核心成员。HIST1H3A由定位至人类染色体6p22.2上的基因所编码。该编码蛋白质由~136个氨基酸组成。

对应于人组蛋白H3的1-20位氨基酸的合成肽,与KLH偶联。

Preparation Note
