一般描述
单克隆抗-HA来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的HA-7杂交瘤。单克隆抗HA通过免疫细胞化学识别HA标记的融合蛋白上的HA标签序列。该抗体与N-端和C-端HA标签融合蛋白特异反应。
特异性
该抗体可识别HA-标签蛋白的天然和还原变性形式，并且可与 大肠杆菌 或哺乳动物表达的N-末端或C-末端HA-标签融合蛋白发生反应。
