一般描述
粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子定位于人类染色体5q21-q32。
应用
人类粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子已用于人类急性髓系白血病细胞系(OCI-M2)的集落刺激细胞因子,以测试其对5-氮杂胞苷(AZA)介导的上游调控元件(URE) DNA去甲基化的影响。
生化/生理作用
粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种免疫调节剂和促炎细胞因子。它与粒细胞、内皮细胞和巨噬细胞等免疫细胞中的异质细胞表面受体结合。GM-CSF参与肺和肾系统的炎症相关疾病。
