一般描述
钙羧酸也称为 Patton-Reeder 指示剂,用于测定 pH 值为 12 时的钙。钙羧酸是一种螯合剂,与化学修饰的二氧化硅 LiChroprep-NH 2 一起用于制备螯合吸附剂,用于痕量金属分析。与荧光探针 3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷 (APS-CCA) 偶联的钙羧酸指示剂有助于在荧光微阵列方法中使用疏水性十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷 (HDS) 作为底物,以最小的血液本底医学检测血液中的 Ca2+ 离子。
钙羧酸指示剂是镁存在下 EDTA 滴定钙的有用指示剂。凝胶中蛋白质的染色也需要它。
应用
钙试剂羧酸 (CCA) 通过固定、杂交、亚甲蓝检测和微分脉冲伏安法制备了用于白血病诊断的多聚 CCA 膜。
