应用
HABA/亲和素试剂适用于分光光度法测定多种样品中的生物素和生物素结合物。
试剂能够检测 μ 处的生物素摩尔浓度（即 1 nmol/ml）。通常用于定量生物素化化合物中的生物素。
重悬
在 pH 约为 7.3 的缓冲盐水中制备即用型 HABA/抗生物素蛋白溶液，复溶时加入防腐剂 10ml 去离子水。
