生化/生理作用

谷氨酰胺/谷氨酸测定试剂盒设计通过L-谷氨酰胺酶促脱氨、L-谷氨酸脱氢以及NAD+ 转为NADH后,用分光光度法测量L-谷氨酰胺和/或L-谷氨酸。该试剂盒可用于分光光度法测定液体制剂中的L-谷氨酰胺和/或L-谷氨酸。
