Contaminants such as DNA, host cell proteins (HCP), leached protein A, aggregates, and viruses are efficiently removed, making Capto adhere ImpRes an excellent choice for purification of MAbs and other biomolecules with high aggregate content.

Capto adhere ImpRes is designed to allow effective, high-resolution polishing of MAb in the second or third step of a purification scheme downstream of the protein A capture step.

HiScreen Capto adhere ImpRes is a ready-to-use column pre-packed with BioProcess Capto adhere ImpRes strong anion exchange multimodal medium. The columns are an excellent choice for method optimization and parameter screening.
