Determined at 10% breakthrough by frontal analysis at a mobile phase velocity of 500 cm/h in a column with a bed height of 20 cm.
HiTrap® MabSelect™ SuRe™ columns are prepacked with MabSelect™ SuRe, a BioProcess medium for purification of monoclonal antibodies from large sample volumes. The novel alkali-tolerant recombinant Protein A ligand allow cleaning-in-place (CIP).
