生化/生理作用

(−)-没食子儿茶素(GC)具有清除自由基的抗氧化特性。它也可抑制破骨细胞生成。没食子儿茶素可激发大肠杆菌抵抗紫外线诱导突变的抗突变活性。它也可抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌在口腔上皮细胞上的生长和粘附。
