应用

β-半乳糖苷酶(来源于米曲霉Aspergillus oryzae)已用于:
  • 体外核磁共振(NMR)[2]
  • 作为β-半乳糖苷酶分析标准品,测定细胞相关的β-半乳糖苷酶浓度[3]
  • 修饰突变滑液细胞(slime cell)表面的糖残基以研究粘附性[4]
  • 乳糖酶促水解实验[5]
  • 反相(RP)吸附实验[6]
  • 乳清乳糖水解[7]

生化/生理作用

ββ-半乳糖苷酶作用于二糖、糖缀合物和多糖末端的β-D-半乳糖基。它可用于介导转糖基反应,比如低聚半乳糖(GOS)合成。ββ-半乳糖苷酶可用于糖生物学和生物技术应用。[1]
β-半乳糖苷酶切割乳糖成单糖成分,葡萄糖和半乳糖。它还能催化葡萄糖转糖基化形成异乳糖,在反馈回路中作为β-半乳糖苷酶的诱导剂。[8]
