一般描述

牛丙种球蛋白（BGG）是奶牛和其他牛类免疫系统的重要组成部分。BGG 存在于牛的血液中，主要用于生产疫苗、血清和诊断试剂等医疗制品。BGG 还可用于治疗乙肝等疾病，以及增强人类和其他动物的免疫力。

应用

牛γ-球蛋白已被用于研究富含蛋白质的透明质酸溶液的成分和pH变化，而这些会影响到人工关节的生物学特性。它也可通过直接生物传感器SPR免疫检测测定牛初乳和牛奶中的免疫球蛋白G。
牛γ-球蛋白已被用作免疫耐受机制研究中的一种免疫应激。

生化/生理作用
