生化/生理作用

短杆菌肽A、B、C和D的线性多肽抗生素混合物。短杆菌肽A可充当中性载体,有助于建立跨脂质双层的离子通量。
线性多肽抗生素,即短杆菌肽A、B、C和D的混合物。短杆菌肽D,一个缓慢在膜上翻转的通道形成离子载体,已被发现是一种Pgp底物,并且令人惊讶地发现它可以抑制Pgp ATPase活性。其他Pgp底物可逆转这种抑制作用,表明MDR底物类型的药物和化学增敏剂之间存在共同的药物结合位点。
