Cohn 馏分 IV 由 α 和 β-球蛋白组成。它是 γ-球蛋白合成过程中产生的血浆副产物。
应用
人球蛋白 Cohn 部分 IV-4 已用在差示扫描量热法(DSC) 中测试低剂量电离辐射的效果。它还被用于制备用于生物物理研究的血浆蛋白溶液。
球蛋白可以将 5-甲氧基补骨脂素与血液组分结合。可用作粒细胞免疫荧光试验(GIFT)的阳性对照。它还可用于研究人血清蛋白混合物的热变性。
