应用
β-半乳糖苷酶可用于衍生化,例如 IgG 的酶标记,无需事先透析或凝胶过滤。
β由 大肠杆菌 提取的-半乳糖苷酶可用于在 B-390封装器(BUCHI)上产生生物催化性的 Ca-藻酸盐珠。 也用于制备原液滴溶液,还可作为 Pep-1(KETWWETWWTEWSQPKKKRKRKV-半胱酰胺)载体。
生化/生理作用
β-半乳糖苷酶可将乳糖切割成单糖成分(葡萄糖和半乳糖)。它还在反馈环中催化葡萄糖转糖基化为β-半乳糖苷酶的诱导物 - 异乳糖。
