General description
绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）生色团含具有Phe64-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Val-Gln69氨基酸序列的六肽片段。GFP结构包含11链β-桶状结构和中心螺旋，对应分子量为26 kDa。
Immunogen
合成多肽对应GFP氨基酸3-17。
Physical form
溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有1%牛血清白蛋白以及15 mM叠氮化钠。
