General description

黄蓍胶是一种常见于各种中东豆科植物汁液中的树胶。它通常可用作组织保存的冷冻包埋介质。

Application

当与水混合时,黄蓍胶会产生胶体水溶胶。黄蓍树糖部分(组成约60-70%的化合物)则溶胀形成凝胶。这种膨胀使得黄蓍胶能够形成粘稠的粘性分散体和糊状物。它是一种有效的乳化稳定剂。
