一般描述
谷胱甘肽磁性琼脂糖珠由顺磁性的4%珠状琼脂糖组成。谷胱甘肽通过硫共价连接到环氧活化琼脂糖上,形成12个原子(10个碳)的间隔基。
谷胱甘肽磁性琼脂糖珠可用于含有谷胱甘肽结合序列的蛋白质的亲和捕获、分子下拉或免疫沉淀反应(IP),如天然谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和乙二醛酶I,或来自细胞裂解物或其它生化溶液的GST标记重组融合蛋白,同时显示其它蛋白质的低非特异性结合。用磁铁分离结合到亲和树脂上的重组GST标记的蛋白质。磁性允许非常快速的加工,并有助于操作,例如重复洗涤和回收所需的蛋白质。这导致了更快的回收率、实验再现性和相关蛋白质的更精确定量。
