Biochem/physiol Actions

粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是粒细胞、巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞系的生长和分化因子。GM-CSF 在极低浓度下刺激多能祖细胞集落形成,是造血祖细胞直至成熟的所有分裂中必不可少的存活和增殖因子。它也刺激一些上皮细胞和破骨细胞的生长。GM-CSF 由多种细胞类型(单核细胞、内皮细胞、T 细胞、成纤维细胞、有丝分裂原刺激的 B 细胞和 LPS 刺激的巨噬细胞)产生。GM-CSF 是一种单链糖蛋白,含有 128 个氨基酸,具有保守的二硫键。人和鼠 GM-CSF 的序列同源性约为 54%,生物活性无交叉反应。
