菲律平是一种多烯大环内酯类抗生素和抗真菌药。抗真菌作用的机制尚不清楚,但可能是由于通过与膜固醇结合而改变了膜的通透性和相关功能。 非律平与膜固醇(如胆固醇)结合,抑制朊蛋白(PrP)的内吞作用,并使 PrP 从质膜释放。
