应用

生化/生理作用
铁蛋白将铁保持在其三价铁状态 (Fe 3 + )。铁蛋白的核心具有容纳 4500 个铁分子的能力。在脊椎动物中储存铁是必不可少的。铁蛋白在无脊椎动物中也是储存和运输铁的必需物质,并在膳食铁吸收中起关键作用。
