生化/生理作用
α-L-岩藻糖苷酶降解含岩藻糖的岩藻糖缀合物,破坏低聚糖和糖缀合物中的岩藻糖苷键。 可作为肝癌和大肠癌的肿瘤标志物。α-L-岩藻糖苷酶表现出转糖基化特性。
