小鼠生产的单克隆抗FLAG®M5抗体已被用于免疫印迹和免疫荧光。
只有当 FLAG 肽位于甲硫氨酸前面的氨基末端时,才能与其结合。结合不依赖于 Ca2+。可用于检测哺乳动物细胞粗提物中细胞质表达的 Met-FLAG 融合蛋白,但不推荐用于在大肠杆菌中表达的融合蛋白。

溶于含 0.02% 叠氮化钠 (w/v) 的 10 mM 磷酸钠、150 mM 氯化钠溶液 (pH 7.4) 中。
制备说明
用 Tris 缓冲盐水 (TBS) 将抗体稀释至 10 mg/mL:0.05 M Tris,0.15 M NaCl,pH 7.4。
