荧光素透明质酸已用于透明质酸 (ha) 和葡聚糖表面涂层膜 [1] 和图案化表面的荧光成像。[2]在共聚焦荧光显微镜中也用于定位胶原/HA 复合凝胶中的透明质酸。[3]

生化/生理作用

利用与荧光素胺偶联的透明质酸大分子 (HA) 通过荧光相关光谱法 (FCS) 通过测量荧光素标记的 HA 片段的猝灭来筛选透明质酸酶活性。[4]它结合在源自人肿瘤的恶性间皮瘤的细胞表面上。[5]
用于与人类肿瘤来源的恶性间皮瘤细胞表面结合。
