应用

内皮素-1（ET-1）已被用于研究在有ET-1的情况下H2O2的生成和检测以及NO的生成，用于在隐静脉内皮细胞（HSVEC）中研究ET-1对eNOS/诱导型NOS（iNOS）/小窝蛋白的表达、NO生成、异构体特异性PKC易位和PKC活性的影响。

生化/生理作用

ETA和ETB内皮素受体的一种有效激动剂。 诱导缺氧诱导因子1α的生成，从而生成VEGF。
