原理

人巨细胞病毒2的启动子调节区可驱动FLAG®-融合构建体的转录。氨基糖苷磷酸转移酶II基因(neo-r)可表现对氨基糖苷类(如G 418)的抗性,从而可用于稳定转染子的选择。
