[丙氨酸1,3,11,15]-内皮素1是一种线性内皮素(ET)-1类似物,可作为ETB受体激动剂。ET-1是一种肽,同时具有血管扩张剂和血管收缩剂的作用。它是ET受体的配体,有两种类型,即ETA和ETB。ETB受体存在于心血管组织的血管内皮细胞中。

应用

[丙氨酸1,3,11,15]-内皮素1可用于评估在BQ-123存在下,由ETA和ETB受体产生的内皮素-1和[丙氨酸1,3,11,15]-内皮素1在麻醉大鼠体内的作用 。
