一般描述

试卤灵被用作不同细胞色素 P (CYP) 亚型的标记物或底物。试卤灵乙醚是 3-甲基胆蒽处理动物的微粒体代谢的首选试卤灵乙醚。
试卤灵(Resorufin)是刃天青的还原产物,也称为阿尔玛蓝(Alamar Blu)。它在较长的波长下发射荧光,并且其羟基可进行灵活的修饰。
